My client rented one of his apartments to a Herbalist.
And it was drama upon drama as this Herbalist hardly paid his house rent on time.
We took the Herbalist to court, and the Herbalist got angry and decided to move out of the apartment, and he laid a curse on the apartment that no one will rent it again.
This thing was looking like drama and last year made it 3 years that no one had interest in renting the apartment; once they came to look at the apartment, they just lost interest.
So earlier this year, we hand over the apartment to one Agent, and he promised to break the Curse and make sure he rents out that apartment
It was a sign of relief as the agent succeeded in putting a tenant in the apartment last month.
This morning I was informed that the agent is dead.
And I have been asking myself different questions since this morning
Is it that the agent died because he broke the Curse?
Is there any spiritual power that could prevent people from renting a particular apartment?
If this Herbalist was truly powerful, why can't he make himself rich?
The tenants who rented the apartment, are they really safe from the spiritual curse laid down by the Herbalist?
